Meet owner, Dr Julie Manly M.D.

Dr. Julie Manly is thrilled to introduce The Elizabeth City Med Spa to her favorite town. She is a board-certified physician with over 20 years of medical practice experience. After graduating from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, she trained in internal medicine at The University of Washington then completed a three year residency in emergency medicine at Duke University. She has practiced aesthetic medicine for over five years and is a member of the American Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery Association. Dr. Manly has enjoyed being a part of the Elizabeth City community since 2014.

Hannah Cochran, F-NP

Nurse Practioner & Injector
Hannah is a Nurse Practitioner with a total of 10 years of experience in women’s health, emergency medicine, and aesthetics. She received her BSN from East Carolina University and her MSN, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Cincinnati. Hannah began injecting in 2020 and quickly fell in love with helping her clients feel confident and beautiful through aesthetic medicine. She has a passion for creating individualized care plans that address skincare concerns and helping patients reach their aesthetic goals.
Kat Helepololei, BSN

Allergan certified nurse injector
We are very excited to introduce you to the newest member of Elizabeth City Med Spa - Katherine Helepololei, RN. Kat is an Allergan certified nurse injector with years of nursing experience. She understands the importance of listening to patient needs and helping people feel comfortable in her care. Kat's sharp skills and friendly personality mean that you can count on her for a kind, comfortable and safe treatment experience! Kat is compassionate and approachable. You'll quickly feel at ease with Kat and we're confident that her personality and skills will translate into an awesome experience for you from consultation to treatment.
Jessica Schilleci

ECMS Medical Esthetician
Jessica Schilleci is a North Carolina licensed Medical Esthetician who has enjoyed practicing in Northeastern NC for nearly five years. She is highly trained and experienced in laser and light based treatments, medical grade peels, microneedling, HydraFacial and body waxing. Jessica loves learning and staying up to date on the latest in skin care. Jessica's gentle personality and cheerful nature will allow you to quickly feel safe and at ease. Jenny Perry, BSN, MBA

Operations Manager
Jennifer Perry is the Operations Manager for Elizabeth City Med Spa. A registered nurse with 25 years of experience in healthcare, 15 years of those in nursing and 6 years in leadership. She recently earned her Master’s in Business Management. Jennifer has lived in Elizabeth City over 40 years, married and has one son. Her passion is treating and serving the community in which she lives. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys riding horses, the beach and hanging out with family and friends.

Certified Lash Artist, Ashley Cole, LE. is here to meet all of your lash needs.
Ashley is a 2019 graduate of Balla Lash Academy and licensed esthetician with a passion for lashes and years of experience. She works creatively each day to customize looks and provide her clients with the highest level of service.
